In the last five trading days, this market has taken us for quite a ride, eh? Take a look:
And so here we are now back to where we were last Wednesday at noon.
As for trading, I had sold down some of our positions at the top last Thursday and Friday and am in a holding pattern for now. Of course, I wish I’d sold more at the top, but as my middle school basketball coach used to say, “You can wish in one hand and spit in the other and you tell me which one fills up first.”
No place for wishes in good trading. Let’s get to work.
