Back in the saddle

Ridin’ into town alone by the light of the moon
I’m looking for ole’ Sukie Jones, She crazy horse saloon
Barkeep gimme a drink, That’s when she caught my eye
She turned to give me a wink that’d make a grown man cry

I’m back in the saddle again, I’m back — Aerosmith

I got back to Alto, NM at 5am this morning after 14 hours of a nightmare of a trek back from NYC after 96 hours, several Occupy Wall Street events, dozens of interviews, talking with Fox people who were astonished that anybody they knew cared enough about the rule of law that they’d go “down there to the protests”, a Giants game where I even ran into Steve Tisch and met up with some of the players, and just plain ol’ hustling like I usually do.  I will have a whole lot of very important economic and political analysis about #OWS later today and throughout the week trying to cut through the panicky propaganda from both the left and the right about this movement that they wish would just go away and leave them to their corporate/banking welfare systems in tact as is.  Put simply: Get GE and JPMorgan completely off of all forms of welfare, and then we’ll talk about ending the protest.

Anyway, guys, it was an incredible trip and I’ve just gotten back up and in front of the markets and my screens after catching just a couple hours of sleep this morning.  Much more to come in the next post and throughout the rest of this week.
